strawberry smoothie
In each cooking class, you will learn how to prepare four recipes from start to finish. We use seasonal foods fresh from Connecticut farms and we will tell you where and how they are grown. Depending on the season, we are able to go to our farm garden to harvest some of the ingredients together. The chef will teach you new cooking techniques, tips, and tricks. A full meal and wine are included in the cost. Additionally, you keep your wine glass, class recipes, and apron. Classes are held at the Harvest Kitchen Classroom.
